Introduction
CSIT is a pioneer Institute to introduce the Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering branch in Bachelor of Engineering Course to cater to the ever increasing demand of the Instrumentation Engineering with a sound background Of Electronics hardware and software. The Department was established in the year 2005 with AICTE approval with initial intake of 60 and affiliated to CSVTU, Bhilai, C.G. since 2005.
Instrumentation is the branch of science that deals with measurement and control. This branch of engineering deals with the design, construction and maintenance of instruments and instrument units. An instrument is a device that measures or manipulates variables such as flow, temperature, level, or pressure. Instruments include can be as simple as valves and transmitters, and as complex as analyzers. Instruments often comprise control systems of varied processes. The control of processes is one of the main branches of applied instrumentation.
